1. DEFINITIONS

These Conditions override any terms or representations from the Customer unless expressly agreed in writing by authorized representatives of the Company.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

CSC ROBO guarantees that the design, import, sale, or delivery of the Goods to the Customer does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party. However, the Company does not guarantee that the Customer's use of Goods will not infringe such rights.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

3. PRICE

The contract serves as the standard for all agreements and final pricing will be confirmed upon direct communication with the customer, and the pricing of the products may be changed by the company at any time.

CSC ROBO reserves the right to correct errors or omissions and the quote pricing for the products. All applicable local taxes, shipping fees, and other applicable and duties charges will be communicated to the customer during the purchase process, all these charges shall bear with the customers.

The customer is required to settle the payment in accordance with the terms specified in the contract or as outlined on the invoice. The customer shall not have the right to withhold payment, apply set-off, or assert any lien or similar claim against the company.

4. PAYMENT

The Customer must pay according to the contract terms on the invoice. All details shall be in accordance with the contract and overdue payment will be subjected to a late charge.

Account details will be stated in contract, orders are confirmed only after the payment has been received and verified. The price on the invoice is exclusive of any kind of tax, such as but not limited to taxes and duties, the customer agrees to pay all exclusive cost. The company reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within the specified time.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery terms, including costs, timelines, and methods, will be communicated and estimated to the customer during the purchase process. The company is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. All risks shall be borne by the customer after the products are delivered to the designated place.

6. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Ownership of Goods transfers to the Customer only upon full payment. The Company retains title to the Goods until payment is completed. If Goods are resold before payment, the proceeds of such sales are deemed assigned to the Company.

7. WARRANTIES

Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period of 12 months or within the drilling count mentioned in the contract.

  1. The Seller provides free warranty service to the Customer covering the product defects resulting from defective parts, material, manufacturing, and/or performance in a manner incompatible with the information provided by the Seller in user manuals. However, the warranty does not cover the following defects, damages, and errors caused by:

a) Mechanical or electrical damages resulting from incorrect installation configuration, usage, or other activities inconsistent with the user manual or contradictory to technical specifications (Appendix A) attached to the device;

b) Damages caused by improper usage and failure in maintenance.

c) Wear and tear;

d) Any damage or incident caused by using unauthorized parts on the device which are supplied by third-party manufacturers/suppliers;

e) Damages caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lighting or natural disasters, wars, unexpected events, inappropriate voltage, defective supply materials, or other external factors;

  1. After the SAT, the Customer is responsible for the cost of delivering components to and back from Hong Kong/mainland/other countries for maintenance purposes.
